- All players must be currently sanctioned by the NDA and be currently participating in a Manford Music or D&E Music sponsored league.
- All players must have played in a minimum of 6 weeks of league play prior to March 1, 2011.
- Teams must have two (2) original members of the team. Subs may come from either charter holder's league system.
- Non-refundable entry fee of $50.00 per team. Late charge of $25.00 will apply to all late entries!!
- Sign up deadline is Tuesday, March 1, 2011!!
- Entries received after the deadline CANNOT be guaranteed a tournament spot.

- Tournament will consist of four (4) person teams. Teams must have three (3) original members. Subs may come from anywhere within either charter holder's league system.
- Players must have completed 6 weeks of league play prior to March 1, 2011.

- No roster changes will be allowed after Friday, March 11, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! - BE SURE to have a completed roster including subs by that date!!!
